Corporate Profile: Discovery Bancorp

Discovery Bancorp was incorporated in October of 2004 and is the holding company for Discovery Bank and Celtic Capital Corporation.  Discovery Bancorp acquired all of the outstanding shares of Discovery Bank in June of 2005 and further, in August of 2005, acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities of Celtic Capital Corporation.  Substantially all of the Company’s business is conducted through its two subsidiaries.
