Discovery Bank

Discovery Bank is an independent California state-chartered bank which commenced operations in September of 2001. In addition to our main office and corporate headquarters in San Marcos, California, we operate two full-service branch offices, one in Poway, California which opened in December of 2004, and one in Los Angeles, California which opened in January 2007. In January 2003, the Bank changed its name to "Discovery Bank" in order to reflect its growth beyond its initial primary market area known as the Discovery Valley.

Discovery Bank offers a variety of checking, savings, health savings and money market accounts, sweep accounts, and time certificate of deposits, including IRA and KEOGH accounts. Discovery Bank also makes a variety of loan products available, including commercial, real estate, construction, automobile and other installment and term loans. In addition, the Bank provides other incidental services customary to the banking industry.
